Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear or accessories back into their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag or box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
